Once your order is assigned to a driver, you’ll receive a notification via WhatsApp with the delivery details and a tracking link. (See below example)
This link allows you to track your delivery live—from the moment it is assigned to a driver until proof of delivery is completed.
Otherwise, you may also view your order status by login to your account in our website.
