Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We understand that plans can change. While customers are currently unable to update the delivery address themselves for an existing order, please live chat with us immediately if you need to make any changes, and we will assist you accordingly.

However, once the order is already on the way to the recipient, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If a reschedule or address change is absolutely required at that stage, additional charges may apply.
