For Group Classes:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as not meeting the minimum number of participants, instructor emergencies, or other operational reasons.
- Participants will be notified at least 48 hours in advance of any cancellation or schedule change.
- Cancellation by participants is not accepted and non-refundable, as materials, certificates, and resources are pre-prepared based on confirmed headcounts for our small class sizes.
For Private Classes:
- Payments are non-refundable in the event of participant cancellation.
- However, participants may reschedule to the next available instructor date by contacting us in advance.
