All sales are final and non-refundable, except for items damaged during transit or delivery.
As fresh cut flowers are delicate and perishable, we seek your kind cooperation to inspect your flowers immediately upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the flowers received, please contact us via chat right away with a photo proof. Our team will review and process an exchange from the backend if applicable.
